The Best Pancakes in Seattle

March 26, 2016

If you’re in Seattle and have a hankering for pancakes then you’ll be glad to hear you won’t go hungry. There are some fantastic choices when it comes to pancakes in the local area, so whatever you fancy you know you’ll be able to find something perfect

A couple of our recommendations include:

Portage Bay Café

4130 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle, WA
(206) 547-8230

This café is perfect for brunch, although they actually service their delicious food all day. They use locally sourced items where possible and it really tells when you taste their pancakes. The café can get really popular during the weekend so it’s wise to book in advance. Our tip is to order pancakes from the Breakfast Bar section where you get to top them with as much as you want from the bar, with items such as nuts, fruits, syrups and creams to choose from.

706 Taylor Ave North, Seattle, WA
(206) 284-1015

This small place is well known for being unique with both its décor and menu! They do some fantastic pancakes of offer, with both sweet and savoury types on offer. On top of that they have monthly pancake specials, so you can go for something different if you fancy a change.

Whatever you fancy – whether it’s a breakfast treat or something for brunch the two venues above will cater to you perfectly so make sure you pay (at least) one of them a visit!
